Full-Time Bookkeeper/Administration Assistant
Location: Westhouse, Ingleton
Salary: Dependant on experience
Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-orientated Bookkeeper/Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong administrative skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate financial records, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and day to day accounting processes
· Prepare and assist with financial reporting
· Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, diary management and responding to emails
· Assist in managing office supplies, scheduling meetings and supporting the wider team
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external accountants as needed
Requirements:
· Previous experience in bookkeeping and administration
· Proficiency in accounting software (Sage preferable)
· Strong attention to details and excellent organisational skills
· Good communication skills and ability to work independently
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
Location: Ingleton
Hours: Full Time (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Per Annum depending on experience
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to manage cost estimations and workflow across our M&E and renewables projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project costings, a solid background in M&E services, and an in-depth understanding of renewable systems. This role is crucial for estimating project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring efficiency across a diverse project portfolio.
Are you the right person for the job?
· Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within M&E or renewable energy sectors.
· Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, including heat pumps, solar PV and battery storage.
· Proficiency with cost estimation and project management
· Membership with RICS, CIOB, or a similar professional body is desirable.
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
· Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver to tight deadlines.
· Familiarity with renewable energy incentives and government policies is desirable.
What will your role look like?
· Conduct detailed cost estimation and budgeting for M&E and renewable energy projects, including heat pumps, solar, and energy storage systems.
· Prepare detailed tenders and quotations for new projects and contribute to the bidding process.
· Assess and analyse project specifications, designs, and drawings to create accurate cost forecasts.
· Liaise with clients and suppliers to gather project data, understand project requirements, and ensure accuracy
· Manage project financials from inception to completion, including cost tracking, budget adjustments and final invoicing details
· Perform risk assessments and identify opportunities for cost savings across projects
· Support contract administration, reviewing and evaluating contractual terms for project compliance and risk mitigation.
